As a Liquor/Spirits Business Development Representative for N-finite, the ability to provide sustainability and growth of a diverse customer base is in your hands. Executing a disciplined and innovative approach to engaging customers, adding exceptional value to their business while activating in their markets brilliantly, all in line with N-Brands' strategic direction. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play an integral part in the N-Brands sales team's pursuit for growing market share and trade advocacy. About the role You play a role in the company's growth and success by driving customer centric collaboration across the business finding ways to deliver against our strategy and annual plan. As a role model of the N-Brands culture, you will embody the pillar of creating and nurturing excellent partnerships with our customers, building cross-functional and value-based relationships, working with the sales team to grow and succeed. What will be done With our customers at the heart, your key focus will be to: Deliver defined outcomes through applying sales strategies and processes with your selected customers. You will work with many types of outlets and engage at all levels of management within them, while be agile in your approach. The ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively along with maintaining great discipline to ensure your customer base sees N-Brands as a preferred business partner. Key Responsibilities: * Champion the Customer Relationship in an assigned territory for N-Brands * Effectively manages territory planning and administration to customer needs. * Deliver on sales driver targets and performance metrics. * Net Sales Revenue Growth: Grow assigned territory in line with national budgeted growth rates measured through sales data, reviewed annually as per company timelines. * Execution of Territory Management: Consistently increase sales driver total scores * New business development: Successfully source new business in line with agreed targets to be measured through sales data by the COO. * Prepare and submit accurate quotes for customers, in addition to facilitating resolutions of customer service issues. * Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations. Skills and Experience Qualified candidates will preferably have: * Previous sales experience in Commercial / Alcohol * Connection within the Hospitality industry, i.e., Food and Drink - Highly preferred but not essential * Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning and negotiation * Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities * Strong time management and organization * Overcoming and solution-driven mindset towards obstacles and setbacks * Self-motivation and continuously challenges themself to achieve the best results possible * An independent mindset, valuing collaborative decision making, and capabilities of championing ideas with confidence Hiring Range This 1099 contractor role is 100% commission based.
