Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibility of the Motion Graphics Coordinator is to manage the daily workflow within the motion graphics department by properly tracking and assigning projects, coordinating the assets for the graphic team, ensuring accuracy in the completion of all graphic requests as it pertains to creative production and finishing pipelines. This position will report directly to our Creative Director of the Creative Operations department.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate day-to-day needs by prioritizing, tracking and scheduling all incoming graphic requests for the designers from the different departments
Sending and receiving detailed instructions to and from the designers, clients, producers, project managers and various other department heads
Prioritizing assignments when deadlines change or if revisions arise
Scheduling work around the designer’s schedules
Assist in purchasing, organizing and maintaining the departments assets
The ability to locate shared files from our server by managing archival stock footage, logos, project collects and fonts
Maintaining an efficient workflow making sure that all elements are available for designers to complete the work orders
Manage and keep toolkit/logo libraries organized
Creating and providing downloadable links of our project collects and layered elements
Following up with Producers, project managers and various other department heads on work orders that are waiting to be approved to make sure the job is complete.
Set jobs to be done for the evening shift to work on then following up and assign any additional request from the previous night

SALARY RANGE: : $50,960 - $60,320
