    Job Description

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Main point of contact for Peacock and TVE (TVEverywhere) programing/scheduling entries into NBCU’s Multi-Platform Scheduling System (MPS)
    • Create and distribute daily and ad-hoc multi-platform scheduling reports for Ad-sales planning/finance/Business Development, Production and other departments as needed
    • Manage Peacock programming hours during budget and upfront season working with ad-sales digital finance and digital research teams
    • Enter Golf Channel and Golf Channel Latin America short term schedules and program changes into NBCU’s linear scheduling system Compass
    • Maintain and enter Golf Channel Alternate Schedules for Canada and the Caribbean
    • Assist with additional projects on an as-need basis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 1 Years’ Experience (including internships)
    • Excellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software
    • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

    ** Desired Qualifications:**

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
    • Ability to pivot and work in a fast paced environment
    • Must have a strong attention to detail while being deadline-oriented
    • Self-Starter
    • Knowledge of Sports Media Landscape
    • Knowledge of Golf & the Golf Schedule Preferred
    • Knowledge of Broadcast Scheduling Systems Preferred

    ** Additional Requirements:**

    • Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT three days a week on a hybrid work schedule
    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
    • Must be 18 years or older
