    Job Description NBC Universal’s Technical Operations Product team builds products and services to organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Ad Sales, Broadcast Operations, NBC Digital, NBC News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment brands and local TV stations. The Enterprise Product team span 6 key verticals: Content Management, Content Sales and Finance, Scheduling and Distribution, Ad Sales, Ad Technology and Integration, Data and Analytics, and Linear Distribution. As a part of the Ad Technology and Integration team, you will develop the architectural strategy to ensure a cohesive product ecosystem across each vertical, enhance existing workflows, identify process improvements, provide strategic recommendations, and lead cross functional technical and operations teams to design, build, and launch new features and new initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead integration efforts of new ad audience and measurement products from a architectural and systems integration perspective into the product portfolio, in coordination with Ad Sales product, ad integration, PMO, and brand product and tech stakeholders. Deep dive into new products and determine how to successfully execute, deploy, and scale creative executions across the NBCUniversal portfolio
    • Develop and implement technical solutions for large scale audience or measurement initiatives across multiple streaming platforms, websites, and products
    • Serve as subject matter experts on ad serving systems, ad-related audience and measurement products (Nielsen DAR, comScore VCE, IAB Open Measurement SDK, DMP integrations, first party data systems across NBCUniversal’s on and off-domain streaming products
    • Participate in “SWAT” teams to tackle major issues or projects
    • Collaborate with Product Managers of individual products and Product Architects across disciplines
    • Own NBCU’s ad measurement and audience workflows from an integration and documentation standpoint
    • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Organization, Audience and Insights, and AdSmart product and technology teams to ensure NBCUniversal’s suite of consumer apps, websites and other products can integrate with first- and third-party data sets, device graphs and identity crosswalks
    • Help architect and integrate scalable, and rigorous A/B testing frameworks into NBCUniversal’s ad decisioning systems
    • Mentor Product Specialists
    • Engage with multiple clients/business units/internal stakeholders on large, cross product initiatives to understand their requirements then design a solution and identify the key products that can be leveraged to meet the ask
    • Serve as Product counterpart to Engineering Architecture teams - partner with them to ensure a simplified, cohesive product ecosystem is built across the verticals
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising ecosystem • Minimum 3 years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful digital media, advertising, audience, or measurement projects • Minimum 3 years of experience with digital media concepts: encoding, transcoding, streaming, media formats, media transfer technologies, data analytics, etc. • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the technology or media industry • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities • Minimum 3 years of experience with micro-service-based architecture and cloud-based technology • Minimum 3 years of experience with ad serving systems and related technologies (ad servers, ad creative vendors, SSPs, DSPs, ad routers, ad stitchers) Eligibility Requirements • Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be considered. • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. • Must be 18 years or older. • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols. Desired Characteristics • 2+ years of experience with Freewheel MRM • 3 years of experience in Television/Broadcast, Media, Technology, or related field • 3 years of experience implementing measurement SDKs, marketing analytics, or other equivalent products • 3 years of experience with DMPs, device graphs, audience crosswalks, cookieless measurement solutions • 3 years of experience integrating technology into cloud-based architectures • 3 years of experience and knowledge of the end-to-end digital supply chain • 1 year of experience working in consulting • Excellent leadership, team management, relationship building, and interpersonal skills • Extensive experience with drawing and process map tools

    SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $150,000
