    Job Description

    Academic Year Internship Program:

    • Program Dates: September 18, 2023 – April 19, 2024
    • Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need. We will do our best to accommodate course schedules.

    Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to:

    Customer Experience:

    • Customer Success – the Customer Experience Internship program will focus on multiple aspects of the customer experience in positions such as Project Management, Training, or Customer Success.

    Responsibilities:

    **Customer Content & Enablement **

    • Work with our technical writers to create customer-facing content to drive adoption of our multiple platforms.

    • Assist with Enablement activities to create and deliver training to the Customer Success teams.

    Customer Support

    • Learn the technical aspects of our SportsEngine platform to assist our customers with troubleshooting and sport registration.

    Project Management

    • Partner with our Solutions Specialists to learn about content migration, and work with our Project Managers on current initiatives impacting our Customer Success teams.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program.
    • Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal.
    • Must be willing to work in Minneapolis, MN.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • Experience working with business platforms, such as Excel, Word, and/or a CRM system.
    • Advanced degree (in-progress/completed) or equivalent experience.
    • Demonstrated professional experience showing a self-starter mentality.

    The hourly rate for undergraduate student interns is $17.00.

    The hourly rate for graduate student interns is $18.00.
