  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing sales presentations, organizing client meetings, and new business prospecting which could include cold calling.

    • Assist in organizing and planning station sponsored and client events.

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitor activities and prepare reports for the Sales team.

    • Help coordinate and schedule client meetings and assist in follow-up communications.

    • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including preparing materials, creating PowerPoint presentations and tracking campaign performance.

    • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions

    • Observing and carrying out sales processes

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • You must be in pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution.

    • Current class standing of sophomore or above

    • Must be 18 years or greater

    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States.

    • Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen eye for detail

    • A genuine interest in media sales and advertising, with a willingness to learn and take initiative

    • Bilingual: English and Spanish a plus
