Job Description ROLE SUMMARY: Focus Features is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Creative Advertising team within the Marketing department of Focus Features. The position will report to the Vice President, Creative Advertising and is a great opportunity to interact with numerous film group teams at Focus Features and NBC Universal. Basic Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree (degree in marketing or art is preferred) • Previous administrative experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs • Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator/QuickTime a plus Eligibility Requirements: • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program • May be required to work evenings or weekends on occasion • Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment. • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols in select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated. • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.

SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$55,000_: NOT BONUS AND LONG-TERM INCENTIVE ELIGIBLE_
