Qualifications
_ Basic Requirements_
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive compliance experience
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with television industry, including, but not limited to, production operations, news, sports, entertainment and streaming
_ Desired Characteristics_
- Strong understanding of the elements of an effective compliance program for a publicly-traded, global company
- Previous experience with international compliance programs and matters, especially Latin America
- Demonstrated understanding of rules, regulations, and best compliance practices regarding anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, International Trade Controls, conflicts of interest, gifts and business entertainment, and related matters
- Proven knowledge of operational, financial, and human resource functions and procedures
- Ability to gain the respect of, and build a rapport with, multiple constituencies, both internally and externally
- Capability to self-motivate, work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills
_ Application Information_
- Must be willing to work in Miami, FL
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
