     SUMMARY: 

    NCD is seeking a detail oriented, and data driven CRM Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the operations department with the management of the day-to-day business to ensure smooth daily operations. This person will be an integral member of our dynamic and growing team with a focus on CRM maintenance and organization, data processing, and overall operations support. In addition, the candidate will understand how our organization can and should use a CRM. 

    To be successful in this role, you need to have an intermediate Excel knowledge base.  Some of the Excel skills required are managing data and information, creating visual representation of data, filtering information, managing pivot tables, and using basic and intermediate formulas.  

    In this position, you can work from home, in our Dallas office, or hybrid.  

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Daily management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system 
    • Analyzing company data that is entered into the CRM by the other CRM users, ensuring accuracy across the board. 
    • Provides support that may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, communicating policy, and teaching or instructing staff users regarding system functionality, data entry, and basic management. 
    • Maintain great relationship with CRM vendor by meeting regularly with them. 
    • Identify ways to improve current CRM processes. 
    • Ensure data validity. 
    • Provide support for operation team members by being able to process and analyze data from billing files, payment files, eligibility files, cancellation reports, and hold reports.

     

     QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • College degree is preferred, but not required 
    • Intermediate Excel skills required 
    • Experience working with CRM technologies 
    • CRM Administration experience a plus 
    • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
    • Data management  
    • Detail oriented  
    • Great communication skills 
    • Excellent organizational skills
