Job Description
Provide direct support for assigned state-based BSN | MPEN VN PN |ADN campus nursing students throughout and after the nursing program supporting retention and progression of students, and in preparation for taking the NCLEX-RN exam following graduation.
- The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) is responsible for guiding, implementing, and executing all developed licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites.
- Participate in student lifecycle, in operations, planning and execution of new student orientation and nursing core courses.
- The NSS monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPI) that align with the Content Mastery Series and NCLEX success, ensuring data-driven interventions and student support strategies align with outcomes.
- Attends, leads and participates in weekly At-Risk meetings with identifying, monitoring, documenting, meeting, and tracking at-risk students enrolled in and reentering the program.
- The NSS is responsible for ensuring accurate and real time documentation of all student's one-to-one meetings and seminar attendance in Power BI or other designated platforms.
- Leads and guides all ATI licensure initiatives including collaboration with faculty and leadership scheduling of ATI live review, VATI, Capstone roster, Test Taking Seminar scheduling.
- Real-time monitoring and analysis of student and cohort data in PowerBI Performance Dashboard.
- Leads reconciling official NCLEX results to official Board of Nursing results and performs deep dive analysis of students who were unsuccessful on the NCLEX examination.
- The NSS will analyze Mountain Measurement reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention. The NSS is responsible for disseminating these findings to campus leadership and faculty, providing actionable insights that drive student success. Proactive use of data to inform decisions and improve licensure outcomes is a critical expectation of this role.
- Mentor, guide, and support student ATI Champion representatives in providing peer mentorship and guidance to their fellow students with ATI's best practices and resources.
- Supports faculty as a resource in implementing in-services, ATI policies, guides new Full-time faculty to ATI Champion completion within 60 days, and Per diem/Adjunct faculty within 90 days of effective date.
- Ability to travel 50%.
- Other duties as assigned.
Range: $100k-110k*
