Salary: $21.50-$24.50 per hour

Empower Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Carlo Sayo with a mission to "Be Different." After years of working in corporate healthcare settings where metrics often overshadowed patient care, Dr. Sayo started his own practice to focus on one-on-one patient attention. What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking an Office Manager with a proven track record in a fast-paced medical or therapy office. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Expertise in scheduling, patient management, and insurance verification.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems.
A friendly, patient-first attitude, with a knack for making everyone feel like a VIP.
The ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Schedule and manage patient appointments and evaluations.
Perform insurance benefits checks and handle authorizations.
Collect and manage patient payments.
Greet patients warmly and ensure all check-in/check-out procedures are followed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with office policies.
Support the growth and development of office staff.

Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10 am - 7 pm
Tuesday, Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
