As Director of Operations at Primrose School of South Meridian, your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve. Primary responsibilities for this position are managing and overseeing all aspects of our premiere private preschool, include but are not limited to; health & safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention and to deliver a high-quality education and care for children.
Benefits:
Salary compensation is $40,000-50,000 depending on experience and education

Make a difference every day:
In consultation with the Executive Director, participate in the training and professional growth for teaching staff.
Director experience is in Idaho preferred and knowledgeable with Idaho rules and regulations.
Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to appropriately seek solutions for themselves.
