REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be registered with NMLS with at least 1 state license.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 loans per month of production is required.
- The compensation is 100% commission, no salary, no draw, no signing bonus.
- Responsible for all business-related expenses including marketing, purchasing leads, equipment, and travel.
