We are currently seeking a highly experienced NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team supporting the Customer SDAP (Standard Data Access Platform) Program. This is a fully remote position tailored for professionals who bring extensive hands-on experience with the NICE suite of products and thrive in high-impact, security-sensitive environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for NICE CxCloud within the SDAP Program
Provide architecture guidance, configuration, and deployment expertise for:
NICE ENGAGE (Call Recording & Quality Assurance)
NICE WFM (Workforce Management)
JTAPI Interfaces to external systems
NICE Outbound Dialer
NICE Quality Management Analytics
NICE Feedback Manager
NICE Screen Recording
Build and test API integrations related to NICE CxCloud
Prepare technical reports for internal and client stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and performance gaps
Participate in cadenced meetings with TRC and customer teams
Conduct occasional off-hours testing (with prior notice) based on system availability
