Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*Applicants must pass a level 2 screening background check that includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, along with federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Also, it may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
Time Availability: M - F / 8 am - 5 pm
