• Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement security solutions
• Drive product adoption and influence product roadmap
• Implement and operationalize solutions for customers
• Partner with account teams to deliver high-touch delivery strategies
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Network Security certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
• Strong communication and customer management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
