    Job Summary

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our vibrant team at NOVO L.L.C. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that every visit to our store is memorable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our establishment.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Transactions: Efficiently process customer orders, handle payments, and provide accurate change or receipts. Ensure all transactions are completed with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    • Customer Service: Engage with customers, offering a warm welcome, taking orders, and providing information about our menu. Be proactive in addressing customer queries and concerns to enhance their experience.

    • Order Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of orders before serving to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen staff.

    • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and inviting service area, including the counter, cashier station, and dining area. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels of supplies at the service station, report shortages to management, and help with restocking as needed.

    • Team Support: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless operation. Be ready to assist in other areas of the store as required.

    • Promotions: Inform customers about any promotions, loyalty programs, or new menu items to boost sales and customer engagement.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment is beneficial. Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures is essential.

    • Skills:

    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

    • Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising on service quality.

    • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling transactions and ensuring customer orders are correct.

    • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and performing tasks that require moderate physical effort.

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

    Sat-Sun Morning Shift, 7:30am - 1:30pm

    Sat - Sun Afternoon Shift, 1:30pm - 7:30pm
