    Job Title: NOVO Service Ambassador

    Job Overview: As a NOVO Service Ambassador, you will be the bridge between our brand's promise and our customers' satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile, having experienced our commitment to quality and service excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Delivery:

    • Retrieve completed orders from the preparation area.

    • Use an iPad to locate customers who have been paged with our tracking device.

    • Deliver orders directly to customers at their chosen tables, exchanging the completed order for the pager device.

    • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct final quality checks on all orders to ensure they meet NOVO’s high standards before delivery.

    • If an order does not meet standards, return it for corrections by team members.

    • Customer Interaction:

    • Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner, ensuring their NOVO experience is memorable.

    • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues to satisfaction.

    • Cleanliness and Ambiance:

    • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, addressing any spills or litter immediately.

    • Ensure that the ambiance remains inviting and reflective of NOVO’s brand.

    • Pager Management:

    • Collect and return pager devices to the cashier for charging after each use.

    • Service Enhancement:

    • Gather feedback to continually improve service and product offerings.

    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, service techniques, and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for health and wellness, aligning with NOVO’s mission.
    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting.

    Sat-Sun Morning Shift, 7:30am - 1:30pm

    Sat - Sun Afternoon Shift, 1:30pm - 7:30pm

    Job Type: Part-time

    Education:

    High school or equivalent (Preferred)

    Experience:

    Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
