Program Description:
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is an intelligence agency of the United States federal government, specializing in defense and military intelligence. This program will be contributing to the design, development, implementation, operational sustainment, and continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, such as ServiceNow, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to DIA customers stakeholders and end-users.
Description
- Knowledgeable in technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform and provides guidance and expertise to stakeholders
- Ensures quality solutions developed and deployed
- Demonstrated professional experience supporting large ServiceNow Implementations
- Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to ServiceNow
- Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives with respect to ServiceNow
- Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies
- May serve as a technical consultant to a project or a number of projects dealing with ServiceNow
Experience:
- Exceptionally Complex, Inter-Discipline, Inter-Organizational. Can perform tasks of senior level technicians, specialists, and or managers not performed at Level 3 due to the size and/or complexity of the tasks.
- Leadership/Management - May work individually or as a key member of a senior leadership team. Oversees and monitors performance across several disciplines, and when required, takes steps to resolve issues
- Provides expert guidance and direction to Government and Vendor senior level technicians and managers. Directs multiple contractor and subcontractors teams through to project completion.
- DoD 8570 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order
- Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment
- Experience with design and optimization of databases, has an understanding of AWS and/or C2S, has implemented at least four ServiceNow modules and has a minimum of four years of experience with ServiceNow.

- Masters Degree +6
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT II (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Product Line Certification for Administrator ·
- ITIL Foundation
