Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/ physician Assistant to join our team. Duties:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as necessary.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other advanced practice nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection and processing.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.
Provide patient education and support in the operating room setting.
Experience:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in the state of IN.
Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
NEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $125,000.00 per year Full Time (40 Hrs/week)
Expected hours: 25 PT – 40 FT
