Division HR Manager
East Bay Area (in-office role)

As a Division HR Manager, you will be responsible for taking care of all areas of human resources at the divisional level. Act as the corporate and division's point of contact and take care of all concerns relating to employee relations at the divisional level as well as escalating to corporate.
Division HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Handles all day-to-day aspects of HR for their Division and act as liaison to the corporate office.
- Responsible for recruitment activities, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Help supervisors when staff members have concerns about disciplinary action.
- Inform managers of company guidelines for specific management duties.
- Be available to respond to inquiries from employees regarding benefits and HR regulations.
- Accountable for the division's bi-monthly payroll. Timesheets should be gathered, examined, revised, and approved, keeping track of time-off.
- Process salary increases, bonuses, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Maintain vacation calendar and notify department managers of vacation/sick/personal time balances.
- In charge of division's worker's compensation.
- Make sure that all HR guidelines are followed.
- Will help support and administer staff training.
- This role will manage other staff members
Division HR Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Manager level role.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree and /or HR Certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of CA State and Federal Labor Laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to speak effectively to a group of customer or co-workers.
- Knowledge of HR concepts, best practices, and procedures.
- Must be highly organized with ability to track multiple projects.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office and experience with an HRIS.
- Experience with management and leadership is a plus.

Compensation: $85,000 – 110,000/yr. (DOE) plus potential for bonus
