Internship Description:
The Leadership Training Program is a partnership between NWCC and the Olive Branch and Getwell Chick-fil-A. Northwest students will have the opportunity to choose the internship that matches their interests and field of study. Upon completion of this internship, the student will be rewarded 1 course credit.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean, hygienic, and tidy, at all times
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Execute the CORE 4 in every position
Maintain personal knowledge by completing Pathway training
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Be involved and contribute at team meetings
Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
Protect the interest of the operator
Stay involved and in communication with your Internship Director
Requirements
Work in operations for at least 15 hrs./week
Complete 5 hrs./week of administrative shadowing
