  • Responsibilities

    Lovely New York City family seeks an engaging, proactive, and energetic Rotational Nanny to care for their three young children, ages: 6 months (will have a baby nurse until July) 2 ½ and 4 ½. This role consists of a 7 day on, 7 day off rotation – roughly 12-hour days, this position is live-out. The family is looking for an easy-going Nanny who will provide open communication, frequent nurture, and a positive attitude! The ideal candidate will be CPR/First Aid certified and a strong swimmer. The candidate must have experience with baby/toddler milestones, have a driver’s license and be willing to spend the summer with the family in Southampton.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    •Assisting in the care, nurturing, and supervision of the family’s three children
    •Creating and implementing a stimulating and educational environment for the children through reading, games, outdoor adventures, walks & outings, crafts, exercises, and toy use.
    •Candidate must strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment within the home.
    •Light cleaning and cooking for children
    •Additional Nanny responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the principals

    Requirements

    •Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    •Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
    •CPR and First Aid certified
    •Minimum 3+ years related experience
    •Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities
    •Polished, poised, and professional, always use of utmost discretion and confidentiality
    •Knowledgeable of infant and toddler developmental milestones
    •Cooking skills REQUIRED; able and willing to prepare healthy meals for the child
    •Valid Driver’s License; confident driver with clean driving record is a MUST
    •Valid Passport with willingness to travel domestically and internationally if needed
    •Legally able to work in the United States

     

  • Compensation
    $115,000 per year
