Nagios Enterprises is looking for an HR INTERN that is eager to learn and wants to gain real-world experience in the marketing of IT infrastructure monitoring software. These are perfect positions for students pursing degrees in marketing. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. The rate for this position is $20/HOUR. Individuals hired into our intern positions will work out our Saint Paul office in the Bandana Square complex on Energy Park drive and will report directly to the company's Founder and President. HOURS: Full Time - Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00pm

LOCATION: St. Paul, Minnesota

WAGE: $20 / hr

JOB DUTIES:

• Writing documentation
• Creating video content for job postings and training material
• Training employees on policies and HR systems
• Managing HR records
• Managing and administering payroll and benefits systems and plans
• Onboarding new employees
• Contributing to positive company culture
• Managing payroll and PTO systems
• Enforcing company policies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• HR training, certification, or education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• HR kung-fu skills
• Previous HR on-the-job experience
• Experience managing payroll and employee benefits systems
