    Nanny/Household Manager We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Nanny/Household Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Childcare/Nanny Duties: • Provide care for two children (ages 4 and 2) with a focus on safety, learning, and play. • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, playdates, and outings. • Prepare healthy meals and snacks as needed. • Assist with bedtime routines, including reading and winding down activities. Household Management Duties: • Maintain overall household organization and cleanliness. • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying common areas. • Manage home maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers (e.g., cleaners, landscapers, contractors). • Grocery shopping, meal prep, and errands as needed. • Organize and manage household inventory to ensure supplies are well-stocked. Administrative & Special Projects: • Manage household calendar, appointments, and activities. • Schedule and oversee maintenance, cleaning services, and repairs. • Plan and coordinate special events, dinners, or family gatherings. • Manage household budgets, track expenses, and assist with bill payments. • Assist with other administrative or personal tasks as assigned. Travel Arrangements: • Book and manage all travel and accommodation arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are organized. Additional Support: • Run errands such as dry cleaning, post office visits, and shopping. • Assist in maintaining a positive and organized home environment. • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and maintain organization. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or nanny preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities. • Comfortable with children and capable of creating a nurturing, structured environment. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. • Bachelor's degree is a plus. • Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Compensation: $70,000
