Job Description
Because of our strong growth, NannyChex is looking for a customer service representative. We are a national company with clients in all 50 states, with lots of payrolls to handle each week.
This is a full-time position in a high volume, yet casual atmosphere. The ideal candidate has a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and Word), enjoys working with numbers, and is able to tackle a variety of projects, including data entry, with energy and a strong attention to detail.
Must have at least 2 years previous experience in customer service. The ability to work effectively in a team environment, occasionally under tight deadlines is a must.
All applicants will be tested on data-entry and administrative skills, and must pass a background and drug test.
