    About the Role

    As a National Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing their needs, and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively manage and resolve client issues promptly by adhering to and creating SOPs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with weekly data-driven conversations.
    • Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring each receives the attention and support needed.
    • Work under pressure to meet time-sensitive tasks and multiple demands.
    • Provide accurate, reliable support, ensuring client needs are met.
    • Adapt to changing environments and client requirements.

    KPIs for the role

    • Percent of meetings held as scheduled
    • Conversion Rates by Firm
    • Discretionary Credits Awarded
    • Increases and Decreases in Client Budgets
