    We're looking for individuals like YOU who are hungry, entrepreneurial-minded go-getters who are money motivated to join our Olly Olly sales team! In the role as a National Account Executive, you'll be responsible for researching, cold-calling, and selling our digital marketing services to small-to-medium sized businesses across the United States. Our role is an in-office position , with locations in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Phoenix, AZ!

    As a National Account Executive , you'll have the opportunity to maximize your income with our aggressive commission structure! Your earning potential is unlimited with our uncapped commission plan , where your monthly payout grows directly with your sales, as high as 170% of what you sell! Top performers can easily surpass six figures within their first year! To provide a solid foundation, we offer a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 paid weekly , and your dedication and results could elevate your salary up to $65,000 in as little as four months!

    A Day in the Life:

    • Prospecting, researching, and cold calling an average of 70+ small-to-medium sized businesses per day across the U.S. in various industries
    • During your initial training and ramp period, you'll learn and apply our sales processes, and pass demos to senior reps to close deals
    • Once your fully ramped, you'll take charge of your own client interactions. You'll develop a strategic approach ("hunter mentality") to address objections confidently and present the perfect digital marketing solutions to fit each business owner's specific goals. Your focus? Helping them achieve long-term success and securing their business as a valued Olly Olly client! (the role is 100% cold-calling; zero account management)
    • Foster continuous learning by actively participating in daily team meetings and weekly trainings to refine sales skills and surpass individual, team, and organizational objectives

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, etc.) preferred
    • An ability to adapt and align to our sales processes & scripting, and being coachable to get better at your craft
    • Being accountable over yourself and your peers, such as being on time, sticking to process, and bringing your best every day
    • A desire to exceed financial & personal goals, develop yourself further as a professional, and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
