This is an in-person position, you must live within commuting distance of our office in Pittsburgh, PA (Wexford). Responsibilities: The position requires and includes the following duties, but is not limited to: • Develops and cultivates a qualified client base using a variety of marketing approaches • Prospecting for new business over the phone, utilizing social media platforms, email campaigns, and traditional marketing approaches • Solicits business through various methods • Attends trade shows and evening marketing events to acquire and retain clients • Estimating and selling projects per company guidelines • Responds to customers quickly and appropriately based on the specific process defined by The Pavement Group • Manages quality control for jobs through on-site visits and provides feedback internally from those site visits, as well as customer comments • Assists in training sales and supporting team members as needed • Create personal sales and business development plans and review these plans with your immediate supervisor regularly to ensure success • Personally, pursue an understanding of all products and services offered by the company through various training resources • Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments and everyone within the company • Works with CSR to maintain CRM and Reports as directed by Management • Project manage jobs when necessary Qualifications: • Prefer construction and/or facilities sales experience • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
