Their products are a part of some of the most iconic buildings around the world–from the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, to the Oculus at the World Trade Center Transit Hub in Manhattan.
The National Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth within the retail sector. The National Account Manager will focus on expanding product placement, managing key relationships, and working cross-functionally to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in consultative sales, national account management, and commercial building products.
Responsibilities:
Identify and grow sales opportunities within existing and new national accounts in the Southeast region
Work closely with architects, designers, and corporate decision-makers to promote product solutions
Manage relationships with key end-user decision-makers at the Director/VP level
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to expand market share
Negotiate national contracts (RFPs) and drive specifications for multiple products per project
Track and forecast sales opportunities using Salesforce (CRM) and other industry tools
Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to internal teams
Collaborate with operations to resolve customer issues and ensure long-term partnerships
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
7+ years of consultative specification sales experience
Experience selling commercial interior and exterior building products preferred
Strong knowledge of the construction and retail-segment markets
Proven success selling to national end-users, builders, architects, and designers
Ability to manage client prospecting, forecasting, and business development
Ability to work remotely and travel 50%+ within the Southeast region
