    Job Description

    ITW Food Equipment Group is seeking a National Account Manager. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-million dollar account(s) including cultivating new sales opportunities while maintaining superior quality and service. This role has the opportunity to interface with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders including end users, internal product development teams and sales leadership. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic territory – via a growth mindset. This position can be remote but must reside between Northern California and Seattle Washington.

    ** Primary Responsibilities**

    • Represent ITW Food Equipment Group (FEG) brands in the assigned accounts.
    • Identify competitive issues, industry trends and business opportunities to meet/exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.
    • Rigorously develop and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Serves as a customer advocate and trusted business advisor.
    • Utilize value added selling process while executing go to market strategy and negotiating skills to close business.
    • Work cross functionally with FEG Product lines to implement and achieve annual initiatives including installation teams, branches and service contractors.
    • Prepare and conduct business reviews.
    • Expert in specifications and applications of all FEG equipment lines.
    • Effectively utilize the sales process and CRM.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience
    • Strong sales history ideally with experience in food equipment managing large, national accounts
    • Experience working with Food Retail preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to travel 3 days, 2 nights per week.

    The base salary pay range for this position is noted below. The specific pay rate upon hire will depend on a combination of work location and the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience

    $106,000 - $153,000
