We’re looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with a strong “hunter” mentality and experience in managing strategic relationships with large national distribution groups, box stores, and multi-location retail chains. If you have a background in B2B sales, particularly in construction or commercial/industrial trades, and a track record of success with national or regional chains, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    Drive Strategic Growth: Spearhead our initiatives to sustain and expand relationships with national, multi-location distribution and retail groups, hitting sales quotas and strategic account targets.

    Strategic Account Leadership: Represent EverLine’s full spectrum of products and services, aligning with clients’ needs and expectations to deliver value at every level.

    Collaborative Coordination: Partner with franchisees and field teams, primarily focusing on client headquarters and essential purchasing centers.

    Client Engagement and Development: Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key decision-makers at major distribution and retail accounts to foster local market success.

    Responsibilities:

    Achieve profitable sales targets and strategic goals in assigned accounts.

    Lead joint company-strategic account planning to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.

    Continuously assess and address customer needs while effectively engaging company resources.

    Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and meet the strategic objectives of EverLine leadership.

    Coordinate executive involvement with customer management and create detailed project scopes for hand-off to project managers and franchise locations.

    Performance Measures:

    Meet assigned sales quotas and profitability expectations in designated national accounts.

    Achieve strategic customer objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

    Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

    Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
