Job Overview: As a Recovery Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our repossession operations, interacting with debtors and conducting repossessions in accordance with Ohio self-help repossession laws. Requirements:

Hold a valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than two points on your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Be 23 years of age or older, with a passion for adventure and responsibility.

Successfully pass an F.B.I. background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Possess a High School Diploma or GED as a foundation for success.

Bonuses: While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a bonus and may enhance your application:

Experience as a commercial vehicle tow truck driver, Field Repossession Agent, and knowledge of Recovery Database Network (RDN) and ClearPlan.

Proficiency in skip tracing and possession of a current DOT Medical Card.
