As a growth company with ambitious expansion plans, Villa Sport is looking for a talented National Club Operations Director to lead the Housekeeping department at our Villa Sport locations.

    LOCATION:

    The National Club Operations Director will be based at one of the following locations:

    Cinco Ranch, TX (Club location)

    Cypress, TX (Club location)

    The Woodlands, TX (Club location)

    Travel will be required as needed to our locations in CA, CO and OR.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As a member of the Villa Sport leadership team, the National Club Operations Director helps bring to life a high-performance culture that develops, empowers and recognizes great employees and delivers five-star service, exceptional programs, and an immaculately clean, safe club to members and guests. In decisions and actions, the Club Operations Director is guided by Villa Sport’s service vision and our Values & Behaviors principles. This position is responsible for daily operation related to housekeeping and facilities management, assisting with strategic planning, helping achieve financial and NPS goals, ensuring consistency cross-property, and providing direction and mentorship to assigned department Supervisors . Though guided by the VP – Facilities Management, the Club Operations Director is expected to be self-motivated, self-reliant, organized and able to handle concurrent projects and assignments.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Operations in high-end, resort-style, family-oriented facilities (club, hospitality or similar industries) preferred.

    Training/presentation skills

    Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

    Inventory and Program Management Software Systems

    Budgeting and analysis skills

    Minimum five years in an operational leadership or management capacity for a high-end athletic club or hospitality company

    Previous authoring of Standard Operating Procedures and training materials preferred

    Process flow development

    Specific experience in service and customer retention is a plus

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent editing and proofreading skills

    Able to work with minimal supervision

    Able to handle multiple concurrent projects and assignments
