    Summary: Primary Role: Manage the National Sales team and all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual sales plan, which promotes JEFFRIES Global services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and coach a professional sales team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints.

    • Executive: Customer Satisfaction

    Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs.

    Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow- up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied.

    Identify and implement activities for incremental improvement.

    Manage communication with centers of influence (COIs).

    • Sales: Sales Operations

    Complete annual sales assessment.

    Develop an annual sales assessment, including but not limited to scheduling the budget, determining sales plans for individual Regional Sales Managers, and developing action plans for centers of influence (COIs) throughout multiple verticals.

    Identify all annual sales objectives, ensuring a structured improvement plan is in place to execute each year.

    Identify revenue, collection, and activity goals; compare past and projected revenues to sales goals; and establish goals for revenue and activities.

    Devise and develop annual documented plan for initiatives and budget to ensure proper resource allocation.

    Review and approve expense reports submitted by individual reps.

    Monitor assigned COIs relationships to coordinate earned commission payments related to paid jobs.

    Meet or exceed assigned activity goals.

    Ensure all selling activities are being completed, resulting in executed contacts, closing appointments, contact lists, and event objectives

    Recruit, hire, and develop sales and marketing staff.

    Maintain a team of Regional Reps with a fundamental knowledge of sales, production, and service offering, ensuring they are competent and professional.

    Continue professional and personal development of management, teambuilding, and leadership skills.

    Constantly increase knowledge and abilities in ways to better manage the team and build the business.

    REQUIRED Qualifications:

    5 years minimum sales management experience in the restoration or related industry.

    Bachelor’s degree preferred and or relevant experience.

    Experience with strategic planning and business development

    Proven track record of increasing sales revenue YOY

    Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

    Outstanding written and oral communication skills
