Strategic Global Resources (SGR), your ally in disaster recovery logistics & support, is seeking a National Field Operations Manager. This position will be based in Memphis, TN. Strategic Global Resources provides logistical and support services to disaster recovery contractors and governmental agencies. Our service includes debris removal, temporary power and distribution, construction equipment, security, and climate control services.
The National Field Operations Manager will manage and develop production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to processes and procedures with maximum operation efficiency. Manage all aspects of Franchise production. Keep Director of Field Operations Manager updated on production. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints. Duties will include:
Business Development: Identify and implement activities for incremental improvement. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage Productions Operations: Manage field operations staff. Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance plan for all equipment under management. Evaluate job estimates to make sure all services are captured accurately.
HR and Training: Keep production team fully staffed, oversee and provide training of equipment and products.
Production: Maintain effective purchase and requisition system for products and supplies. Reduce waste to lower operating costs.
Executive: Constantly increase knowledge and abilities in ways to better manage the team and build the business
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of successful experience in the equipment rental industry. Working knowledge of Desiccants, Generators, AC Units, Portable Air Scrubbers and other Mitigation equipment.
Must have managerial/supervisory experience.
Must be able to travel when needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Candidates with experience in growing start-ups, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a record of achieving sales could be a good fit.
Benefits:
Salary: $80,000-$90,000.
