  • Responsibilities

    Position: National Business Development Manager (Bakery Products)

    Location: Ontario, California area

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or Food Science.
    • At least 7 years of experience Sales Experience in Business Development and Account Management in the CPG Bakery sector.
    • Must have technical knowledge of Bakery Products and strong understanding of Bakery Market trends and Consumer preferences.
    • Experience with New Business opportunities and key markets for expansion: Retail Chains, Foodservice, Grocery, Wholesale, Private Label, and Bakery outlets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attend Trade Shows, Industry Events, and Networking functions promoting the Bakery division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Marketing, etc...).
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

    $100,000-$125,000 per year
