Responsibilities: • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Interview and hire new talent, ensuring they align with the avatar profile outlined in our projected commission plans Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the Real Estate industry • A self-starter with a proven ability to hit the ground running • Consistently strives to exceed profit margins and revenue target • Excellent communication skills and self-assurance in maintaining relationships Compensation: $82,000 at plan commission
