    SAN DIEGO NON REMOTE POSITION. (HYBRID WFH/OFFICE AFTER 90 DAYS)

    Meaning, we require new agents to work from our office in San Diego for the first 90 days, and then you are eligible to work from home 2-3 days/week.

    YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience. You understand how to listen to customer needs with patience and present products/answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. You are positive, passionate and productive. You are comfortable with computers, and utilizing multiple screens and programs at once.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Report directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks, and be available there-after for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges.

    • Stay productive by taking inbound leads throughout the day, and making time for follow ups and callbacks.

    • Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call, and follow recommendations from call audits.

    • Take initiative to stay on top of Medicare updates, but always be willing to ask questions.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent verbal skills

    • Organizational and time management skills

    • Motivated, ambitious and energetic

    • Basic computer knowledge

    • Sales experience preferred
