ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
NationsBenefits is currently seeking remote Member Experience Advisors (MEA) who have a passion to serve, an aptitude for building rapport, and the ability to engage Members through a genuine connection using compassionate care. Our Advisors will provide exemplary, white glove customer service to our Members by supporting the inbound call flow of our call centers. MEAs are the bridge between our Members and the different healthcare plans we support through our customized healthcare solutions. Utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and a consultative approach, MEAs guide Members through addressing general or account-specific inquiries.
