JOB TITLE: Call Center Representative LOCATION: Brooklyn, Manhattan 

DUTIES:  

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. 
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments. 
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. 
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. 
• Other assignment as necessary. 
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

SKILLS: 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
