    Senior Account Executive

    As a member of our Sales team, you will be instrumental in developing and converting sales opportunities. You will be responsible for securing new partners by articulating Nayya’s products in a way that allows employers and benefit brokers to understand our value. This role requires a go-getter who’s willing to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and cold calling to presenting materials to senior-level buyers. This is a growing team in a highly entrepreneurial environment, so we will also look to you to help design a sustainable sales process that will support our goal of making more Americans financially secure.

    Sales candidates will be considered for our Broker/Employer sales positions. Prior experience in the employee benefits or insurance space is strongly preferred.


    Core Responsibilities

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and meeting with C-level buyers
    • Become an expert in all things Nayya; display a deep understanding of our products’ functionality, features, and impact to customers
    • Actively research the competitive landscape; be on top of market, product, and pricing trends
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects/customers
    • Meet established metrics and goals

     

     Requirements

    • 5-10 years in a sales role; experience with employee benefits and/or insurance strongly preferred
    • A natural people person who is passionate about building relationships
    • Relentless drive to identify, pursue and close new partnerships
    • Excellent presentation and pitching experience; we will look to you to call on high level corporate leaders with comfort and professionalism
    • A successful collaborator who thrives in a team environment
    • A clear, empathetic and proactive communicator
