We are seeking therapists (Physical, Occupational, Speech) to join our Home Health Agency on contract or as part-time staff.

Responsibilities:

Physical Therapists

Evaluate Patients: Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and flexibility.

Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, or prevent permanent physical disabilities.

Implement Therapies: Use hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other techniques to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Educate Patients: Teach patients exercises and stretches they can do at home to improve their condition.

Monitor Progress: Keep detailed records of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Occupational Therapists

Assess Abilities: Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine areas of improvement.

Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Implement Interventions: Use therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide education on coping strategies and assistive devices.

Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Speech Therapists

Conduct Evaluations: Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop Treatment Plans: Create customized treatment plans for patients of varying ages.

Provide Therapy: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

Educate and Counsel: Educate patients, families, and caregivers about communication disorders and therapy techniques.

Collaborate with Teams: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
