Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research, including case law, statutes, and regulations. • Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. • Organize and maintain case files and document databases. • Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and reviewing and analyzing documents. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third-parties. • Attend and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. • 2-3 years of experience in litigation. • Strong understanding of the litigation process, from initial pleadings to trial. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
