    Overview

    The Neighborhood Outreach Coordinator will play a crucial role in generating leads for USA Insulation by engaging with potential customers directly. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Responsibilities

    Lead Generation: Actively knock on doors in assigned territories to engage with homeowners and generate interest in our home insulation services. Customer Engagement: Engage in informative conversations with potential customers, explaining the benefits of home insulation and addressing their questions and concerns. Appointment Setting: When appropriate, coordinate the scheduling of appointments for in-home consultations with interested homeowners. Data Collection: Accurately record customer information and preferences for follow-up and sales efforts. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights into customer needs and preferences. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    Qualifications

    Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with potential customers. Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to create a positive impression and build rapport. People Skills: Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build trust. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision. Physical Fitness: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Door Knocking experience is a plus but not required
