About Us: We are a locally owned, franchise gym with two locations, part of a nationwide network. Our team is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our diverse member base. We're looking for a motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team and help us continue our growth.
Position Overview: The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets, maintains exceptional customer service, and upholds the cleanliness and positive energy of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of front desk and sales associates, ensuring they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service.
Lead by example in sales efforts, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Train new team members on sales techniques, CRM systems, and customer service protocols.
Sales and CRM Management:
Oversee the utilization of CRM systems to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure that appointments are being set and followed through.
Support team members in conducting tours and closing membership sales.
Assist in developing strategies to drive membership sales and reach team targets.
Customer Service and Facility Management:
Ensure that all members and prospective members receive outstanding customer service.
Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns that arise during the shift.
Oversee the maintenance of a clean and inviting facility, working with the front desk team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the gym to identify areas that need attention, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, and the facility remains tidy.
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas of the gym, including locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces, are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Ensure that the facility is safe and that all equipment is in good working order.
Operational Support:
Handle daily operational tasks, including opening and closing the gym, managing cash flow, and ensuring that the facility is ready for the next shift.
Collaborate with the General Manager on staffing needs and scheduling.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a leadership role, sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.
Experience in a gym or fitness-related environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule requirements: Monday- Thursday 2pm-10pm, Sunday 9am-6pm
