Hybrid (inpatient and outpatient) nephrology practice.  Provide acute and chronic kidney replacement therapy, follow ups on post kidney transplant patients. Inpatient services include consultations and offers all modalities of dialysis care. Our outpatient services are supported by a kidney dietitian, pediatric psychologist, and social worker.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Nephrologist
• Pediatric Nephrology 
• FL license, or eligible
