Summary: Seeking a .Net Developer to design, develop, and maintain statewide online applications supporting Arizona’s K-12 education system. Work involves enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining web applications and backend processes using Microsoft technologies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, test, and debug applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in SCRUM activities, and support deployment processes.

Review, design, and implement application features while adhering to best practices.

Required Skills:

Full-stack development with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core 3.1 and above ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Razor Pages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Storage Accounts).

SQL Server development and Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with .NET 6/7/8, Blazor, Azure Cloud Services, Telerik Controls, and Power BI.

Knowledge of system design, architecture, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Experience:

Required: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Preferred: Education or government sector experience.

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
