    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to join our dynamic team at the World Bank. The ideal candidate will work on mission-critical projects, leveraging modern technologies to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals for global development and financial inclusion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core, ensuring high performance and scalability.

    CRM Integration: Customize, integrate, and enhance CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce to align with organizational workflows and business processes.

    Database Management: Design and optimize databases using SQL Server; write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality.

    Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software architecture that integrates .NET applications with CRM platforms.

    Project Support: Provide technical expertise for ongoing system implementations, upgrades, and deployments.

    Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure application reliability and user satisfaction.

    Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.

    Compliance and Standards: Adhere to organizational coding standards, best practices, and data security guidelines.

    Key Requirements

    Technical Skills

    Proficient in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

    Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

    Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and libraries such as Angular/React.

    Expertise in database technologies, including SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.

    Experience integrating third-party APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).

    Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services is a plus.

    Professional Experience

    5+ years of experience in .NET application development and CRM systems.

    Proven track record of delivering end-to-end CRM solutions in a corporate or global context.

    Prior experience with large-scale systems in financial or development sectors is highly desirable.

    Education
