    Position Overview:

    The Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to drive strategic decision-making within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of revenue analysis and the ability to interpret financial data to support business objectives. The Financial Analyst will utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to create detailed financial models and forecasts, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for growth and cost savings.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough financial data analysis and modeling to support business decisions.

    Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

    Analyze financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and business operations.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy.

    Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to provide strategic financial insights.

    Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

    Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

    Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.

    Education and Experience:

    BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Information Systems.

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably in the finance, industrial or manufacturing sector.

    Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software.

    Microsoft Power BI certification is preferred.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
